Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jack immigrated to the U.S. at the age of six with his parents and older sister. From Washington state he and his family moved to Maryland where he ended up studying at the University of Maryland, College Park for his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He earned his Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and has been in ministry for 10 years.
As a lover of the local church, Jack has been focused on developing the bonds of believers, and to display the joy and power of Christ that is not lost on the Church today. He has a passion for discipleship and for every believer to be full of the power of the Holy Spirit.
Jack’s greatest joy is bringing people together, whether through video games, table tennis or a reading club. He has even had some success in trying out Korean recipes on his friends and acquaintances. He has a strong belief that God has created each person with so much potential and hopes to share that belief with as many people as possible.
